I have been pole dancing for almost 5 years and have always struggled with bracket grip due to lack of strength and for the past 6-12 months have suffered wrist and shoulder pain. With the help of Simone and her exercises I have successful managed to be pain free for the first time in a year and managed to get my bracket grip!  I am so excited to finally be able to build up my strength and build on the tricks that I would previous opt for for arm grip.
