Get excited! I'm sharing the number one way that has been PROVEN time and time again to achieve a perfect pole dancer body.

Step one: do pole dance. Take a class, train at home, dance in the club. Whatever dancing with a pole looks like for you.

Step two: CONGRATULATIONS! You did it. You win! You have a pole dancer body!

Happy New Year!

2020 was an incredibly challenging year worldwide, but when looking at they year past, I feel so incredibly lucky to be in Australia.

On a personal level, 2020 was a truly mixed bag. The Australia-wide lockdown gave me the opportunity to truly thrown myself into my training, to get to know my kids on a different level through supporting their home-based learning, and of course, to build the Australian Pole Directory.

Unfortunately, the day before Australian Pole Directory went live, my husband and his employer went their separate ways, which was ultimately for the best, but at the time, posed a significant challenge for our family. Where I had planned on investing all my available time into the fledgling website, I found myself having to invest that time into my paying day-job, which I was lucky to have, but not passionate about.

Looking forward into 2021, I'm incredibly lucky to now be in the position to only pursue work that I am passionate about, namely teaching pole, working for a pole studio with an incredible boss, team and culture, and focussing my energy on making the Australian Pole Directory the resource for Aussie polers that I know it can be.

So cheers to the motherflipping new year, to fresh starts, new beginnings and rising up from the challenges we've all faced.
